This is the last Will and Testament of me John Philpot of Red Lion Square in the County of Middlesex Gentleman ffirst in Pursuance of an Execution of a Power given and reserved to me by the Settlement made upon my Marriage with my late Wife I do hereby direct limit and appoint that the Trustees or Trustee in the Settlement shall stand seized of the several Messuages and Tenements in the said Settlement Comprized and mentioned with their and every of their appurtenances from and immediately after my Decease In trust for and to the use of my Daughters Mary Elizabeth ffrances and Margaret in equal shares and proportions as Tenants in common and not as joint Tenants and to and for their respective heirs and assigns for ever I give to my Son John Philpot my Gold Watch and Seals my Silver Ink Stand and all my Law Books and all the rest and residue of my Personal Estate subject to the Payment of my Debts and funeral Expences I give and bequeath equally and among my said Son and Daughters share and share alike I do hereby appoint my said Son Guardian of my Daughters ffrances and Margaret until they shall attain the Age of twenty One Years And also sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Eleventh day of ffebruary One thousand Eight hundred and two _ John Philpot
