I Rebecca Phillips of the Parish of Lanwenarth in the County of Monmouth Spinster do hereby revoke all Wills Codicils and other Testamentary dispositions made by me at any time or times heretofore and do publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament I direct my debts and funeral and testamentary Expences to be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named I give and bequeath all and every my goods chattels money and securities for money debts owing to me and other Personal Estate and Effects of what kind soever of me or of which I or any person or persons in trust for me shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my niece Mary Jones of the said Parish of Lanwenarth Spinster her Executors Administrators and Assigns according to the nature and quality thereof respectively to and for her own absolute use and benefit I give devise and bequeath all real and personal Estates whatsoever which may be vested in me in fee or on any trusts or by way of any mortgage in fee or for a term of years and which I have power to dispose of by this my Will with their appurtenances unto the said Mary Jones her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and quality thereof respectively Upon trust upon payment of the money secured on mortgage (if any) to convey and assign the Estates in mortgage if any to the person or persons entitled thereto for the time being And I declare that the money secured upon such mortgages shall be considered and taken as part of my personal Estate And I nominate and appoint the said Mary Jones sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Rebecca Phillips the testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament contained in this single sheet of paper set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two _ Rebecca Phillips
