I Elizabeth Pettipher of Pebworth in the County of Gloucester Spinster do hereby make this my last Will and Testament that is to say ffirst I give and bequeath to my eldest Sister Mary ffletcher all my wearing apparel and also all the articles which contain the same also all my books and also my portable writing desk I give and bequeath unto Ann Pettipher daughter of my said eldest Sister Mary ffletcher a horse hair trunk together with its contents also my tea Caddy and half a dozen silver tea spoons I give and bequeath to my eldest Brother William Pettipher all my household goods or effects which I possess left me by my ffather and as to my money my Will and desire is that the same be got in as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and divided between my Sister Mary ffletcher my Brother William Pettipher my Brother Michael Pettipher my Brother Joseph Pettipher my Brother Thomas Pettipher my Sister Ann Yates and Grace Pettipher Daughter of my late brother Samuel Pettipher share and share alike after the payment of all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expences And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint Brother in Law Mr John ffletcher of Bishampton in the County of Worcester sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I do hereby set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of March one thousand eight hundred and forty one Elizabeth Pettipher
