In the Name of God Amen I John Perry Senior of
the Parish of Hanslop in the County of Bucks being Weak in Body but
of Sound and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding do make and
ordain this my last Will and Testament in the first Place I commit
my Soul to God that gave it and my Body to the Earth to be decently
buried according to the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named
and as to such Worldly Estate that I shall die possessed of I give
devise and dispose thereof as follows Item I give and devise unto my
Wife Elizabeth Perry all my Goods Chattels and ffurniture in my
dwelling House and on the Premises to her and her Heirs for ever
after the Payment of a Bill of Sale given on the said Goods To the
Reverend Mr Agar and John Dow.... Rooth of Hanslopp aforesaid which
I desire to be fully satisfied Item I give and devise unto Job Bull
son of my said Wife and to my Son James Perry ffifty Pounds due on
Bond from John King and sixteen pounds three shillings by Note of
Hand from the Same & equal Share and Shares Item I give and devise
unto my son John Perry all that my Messuage or Tenement with the
Appurtenances Situate and being in Hanslop aforesaid I also give and
demise unto my said Son John Perry one Malting Office Situate and
being in Hanslop aforesaid Subject nevertheless to the Payment of
twenty Pounds to my said Wife Elizabeth Perry Six Months after my
Decease to be paid by my said Son John Perry or her Heirs all the
rest Residue and Remainder of my Estate and Estates of what Nature
or kind soever I give and devise the same and every Part thereof
with all my debts dues and demands whatsoever or wheresoever I shall
die possessed of unto my said Son John Perry and I also do hereby
nominate and appoint my said Son John Perry Sole Executor of this my
last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former
and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 15 day of September in the
Year of our Lord 1757 John Perry Signed sealed and declared by the
