In the Name of God Amen I Martha Perks of
Kenilworth in the County of Warwick Widow being of sound and
disposing mind memory and understanding do make and publish this
my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is
to say) In the first place I direct that all my just debts
ffuneral and testamentary expences be paid and satisfied as soon
as conveniently may be by my Executrix hereinafter named out of
my Personal Estate I give and bequeath unto Ann Cox of Eachorpe
in the said County of Warwick Spinster All my Household
ffurniture beds and Linen to and for her own absolute use and
benefit I give and bequeath unto my daughter in Law Hannah
Palmer Wife of Palmer of the Parish of Stoneleigh in the
said County of Warwick Labourer all my Clothes and Wearing
Apparel to and for her own use & benefit I give and bequeath all
my money and all other my Goods Cattles and Personal Estate and
Effects whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore by me
disposed of unto Mary Watkin of Wife of Charles Watkin of
Hunningham Bridge in the said County of Warwick Innkeeper
William Lawrence of the Hurst of the said Parish of Stoneleigh
ffarmer John Lawrence of Kenilworth aforesaid Yeoman and the
said Ann Cox their Executors Administrators and Assigns to be
equally divided between them share and share alike And I appoint
the said Ann Cox sole Executrix of this my Will and I declare
that she my said Executrix shall by and out of the monies which
shall come to her hands by virtue of this my Will reimburse
herself all Cost Charges and expences of or attending or
relating to this my Will and lastly I hereby revoke and make
void all former Wills and other testamentary dispositions In
Witness whereof I the said Testatrix Martha Perks have to this
my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this sixteenth
day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty The Mark X
