In the Name of
God Amen I Ann Penny widow woman now
in the parish of Pelynt in the
County of Cornwall do make publish
and declare this my last Will and
Testament ffirst I recommend my soul
unto Almighty God and my body to the
Earth to a decent Christian Burial
at the discretion of my Executor
hereinafter named And my worldly
Goods substance and Effects I give
bequeath and dispose of as follows
that is to say ffirst I give and
bequeath unto my Brother Robert
Cornow ....and property of that
Money which Mr William White hath
of...but if my Brother Robert Cornow
should be married again then I give
the said Money unto his Daughter Ann
Pearce and her Children I give unto
my Sister Mary Square the Sum of ten
Pounds to be paid in tern shillings
a time that is to say ten shillings
at the end of every three Calendar
Months so long as the ten pounds
will continue the same the first
payment to be at the end of three
Calendar Months next after my
Decease I gibe and bequeath my
wearing to be devided equally
between my Sister Mary Square and my
Brother’s Daughter Ann Pearce I give
and bequeath unto Mary Cardue
Daughter of Apollos Penny of St
Bourdeaux the sum of ffifty Pounds
to be paid by my Executor at the end
of twelve Calendar Months next after
my Decease All the rest residue and
remainder of my Personal and
Testamentary Estate and Effects
whatsoever and wheresoever after
Payment of all my just Debts
Legacies and ffuneral Expences I
give and bequeath unto Thomas Penny
Son of Apollos Penny of St Bourdeaux
brother to my late Husband Thomas
Penny his Executors Administrators
or Assigns for their use benefit and
disposal And I doe hereby nominate
constitute and appoint the aforesaid
Thomas Penny whole and sole Executor
of this my last Will and Testament
