I Margaret Penn of Tower Street in the Parish of St Dunstan in the East London Spinster Do make this my last Will and Testament in the manner following Viz I make constitute and appoint my Cousin Liell Gregg of Tower Street in the Parish of St Dunstan in the East London my whole and sole Executor to dispose of my Effects in the manner following Viz that after my Debts and ffuneral Expences are paid I Give and bequeath to my Brother William Waldron twenty Pounds I give to Urcilla Abbott ten Pounds I give and bequeath to my Niece Amy Melsup all I shall die Possessed of in the Public ffunds all my Wearing Apparell Linnen and Rings except the Diamond Ring with the largest Stone which I desire may be given to Mrs Mary Waldron Sister to my Brother Waldron my two Houses in Bromsgrove situate near Dyers Bridge I will and bequeath to my Cousins Elizabeth Watson and her Sister Broom for their natural lives in equal Shares and after their decease to my Cousins Sarah and Mary Broom in equal Shares I will and bequeath the House in Bromsgrove adjoyning to the Golden Cross and all the rest and residue of my Effects to my Cousin Lyell Gregg In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand this sixth day of February in the Year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty four Margaret Penn
