The Will of Isabella Pearson

This is the last Will and Testament of me Isabella Pearson of Hexham in the County of Northumberland Spinster I give devise and bequeath All my Real and Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever whereof I have power to dispose with their and every of their rights members And Appurtenances And whether the same be in possession reversion remainder or expectancy including All and every the Copyhold Customary Freehold and Leasehold Hereditaments whatsoever whereof I am seised or entitled as Mortgagee or as Trustee for any other person or persons with their and every of their Appurtenances And all my Estate and Interest therein unto my dear Sister Mabel Lee Wife of Joseph Lee of Brampton Innkeeper To hold the same unto the said Mabel Lee her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns accordingly according to the nature and tenure of such Estates respectively Absolutely for ever And I hereby nominate and appoint the said Isabel the Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoke all other Wills and Testamentary Dispositions by me at any time In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand this nineteenth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty four Isabell Pearson
