This is the last Will of and Testament

of me William Parsons of Bridge Farm Bathford in the County of Somerset Yeoman that is to say I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and Two Legacies of Five pounds each to my nieces viz Mary Parsons daughter of my Brother George Parsons and Jane Parsons Daughter of my Sister Mary Parsons are paid and that the whole of the remainder of my money and effects of every kind and nature that I may die possessed of be left to my beloved wife Elizabeth Parsons for her sole use and benefit and I hereby appoint my beloved Wife Elizabeth Parsons to be the sole Executor and Executrix of this my said Will and Testament

I hereunto set my hand this nineteenth day of October One thousand eight hundred and sixty one.

Proved at Bristol the Thirtieth day of June 1884 by the Oath of Elizabeth Parsons Widow the Relict of the deceased the sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted.

The Testator William Parsons was formerly of Bridge Farm Bathford in the County of Somerset but late of Twinfields Farm in the Parish of Charlcombe in the said County of Somerset Yeoman and died on the Fourth day of June 1884 at Twinfields Farm aforesaid.
