The Will of Samuel Newton Parsons
This is the last Will and Testament of me Samuel
Newton Parsons of Milborne Port in the County of Somerset Surgeon. I appoint
Arthur James Hooper of Milborne Port in the County of Somerset Accountant
Trustee and Executor of this my Will.
I give devise and bequeath unto the said Arthur James Hooper his executors
administrators and assigns All and every my household furniture linen books
plate fixtures Horses Carts Carriages and also all and every sum and sums of
money which may be found in my house or due to me at the time of my decease
and also all my Stock and securities for money book debts and all and every
my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever whether
in possession or reversion remainder or expectancy Upon trust as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease to sell call in and convert the same
into money in such way and manner as he in his discretion shall think fit
and after payment thereout of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary
expenses to pay Mary Ann Parsons wife of Uriah Parsons Innkeeper Warminster
the sum of two hundred pounds for her own use and benefit absolutely to pay
my said Executor the sum of nineteen guineas and pay the residue to my
Brother William Parsons of Beechville Ontario Canada. In witness whereof I
the said Samuel Newton Parsons have to this my last Will and Testament set
my hand the twenty sixth day of December one thousand eight hundred and
eighty

Signed and declared by the said Samuel Newton Parsons as and for his last
Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence
and in the presence of each other (all being present at the same time) have
hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

Proved at Wells the 16th day of February 1881 by the Oath of Arthur James
Hooper the sole Executor named in the Will, to whom Administration was
granted.
The Testator Samuel Newton Parsons was late of Milborne Port in the County
of Somerset Surgeon and died on the 14th day of January 1881 at Milborne
Port aforesaid
