of the Parish of St Thomas Southwark
being weak in body but of sound
disposing mind & memory &
understanding Do make and ordain
this my last Will & Testament in
manner & form following that is to
say after all my Just Debts &
ffuneral Expences are paid &
discharged I give devise & bequeath
unto my Dear Wife Sarah Parry all my
Household ffurniture Plate & Apparel
& also my Share of ffuneral Club
Money due on my decease in the
Society called the Bold Britons held
at the House of Mr Beal in King
Street Bloomsbury Also I bequeath
unto my said Wife Sarah Parry Three
hundred pounds Stock in my name in
the three per Cents Consols in the
Bank of England as being the
property or produce arising from the
effects of my late Son Thomas
William Parry to whom I am left
Executor My Will is that the same be
by her my said Wife hereafter
transferred over in trust for the
use & benefit of Susannah Parry the
Wife of the late Thomas William
Parry & also of Thomas William Parry
his Son the Interest & Dividends
thereof to be paid for their benefit
agreeable to the tenure of other
Stock mentioned in my late Son
Thomas William Parry’s Will Also I
give all the rest & residue of my
Estate & Effects to my said Wife
Sarah Parry & I do hereby appoint
her my whole & sole Executrix
revoking all former Wills do make
this my last Will & Testament In
witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand & Seal this sixth day of
