This is the last Will and Testament of me Zephaniah Parkes of the Parish of Kingswinford in the County of Stafford Ironmaster made and published this eighth day of July one thousand eight hundred and twenty four ffirst I direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences be paid and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estates Monies Securities for money and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Brother Joseph Parkes to be held and enjoyed by him during his life and the rents... profits and produce thereof respectively only to be taken by him but the Principal not to be lessened and after his decease I give devise and bequeath the same unto all and every my Nephew and Nieces Son & Daughters of my late Sister Ann Maria Granger deceased and my Brother Joseph Parkes equally to be divided between them or among them share and share alike and to their several and respective heirs Executors Admors & assignes as tenants in Common And I hereby nominate and appoint my Brother Joseph Parkes my Nephew James Grainger and Mr William Thomson of Charterhouse Square London Solicitor Executors of this my will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the day and year aforesaid The Mark X of Zephaniah Parkes   (Attestation Clause)   James Parkes _ The Mark of X Hannah Dean _ J.G.Bourne   Proved at London 13 November 1832   PCC Prob11/1808
