This is the last Will and Testament of me William Oxlade of Dulwich in the County of Surry Yeoman I desire that all my debts funeral and Testamentary expences be paid as soon as may be after my decease I give my leasehold estate held under the College at Dulwich and all other my leasehold estates and right and .... of renewal unto my dear Wife Mary Oxlade during her life and from and immediately after her decease I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my Granddaughter Mary (the Wife of William Crawford) of P.... now in the City Road Bookseller her Executors Administrators and Assigns for her own absolute use and benefit I desire that my Wife may have the use during her life of all my Personal estate and Effects whatsoever the delivering of an Account and inventory thereof to my Granddaughter within one Calendar month after my decease and after the decease of my said Wife I give and bequeath all my said Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said Granddaughter her Executors Administrators and Assigns I appoint the said William Crawford sole Executor of this my Will and hereby revoking all other Wills by me at any time made do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said William Oxlade the Testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal the fourteenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and four _ Wm Oxlade
