I Owen Owens
of the Town and County of Merioneth
do make this for my last Will and
Testament in manner and form
following that is to say I give and
bequeath unto my son Robert all and
singular the Messuages and Lands
thereunto belonging his heirs and
assigns for ever but subject to the
following charges (that is to say)
the sum of two hundred forty pounds
affecting the farm of Llanwerch and
the farm called Burgoed is not
included in the mortgage of the said
farm called Llanwerch and my will is
that I charge the said farm with the
following legacies to my son Thomas
and my daughters Elizabeth Margaret
and Sarah the sum of one hundred
pounds each and to the three
Children of my son John I leave and
bequeath the sum of twenty pounds
each and to my granddaughter Ann who
lives with me the sum of twenty
pounds I also give and bequeath to
my son Thomas the silver tumbler
with my initials upon it and as to
the household furniture I shall die
possessed of I leave and bequeath to
my beloved Wife for her life and
from and after her decease I give
and bequeath the same to my daughter
Margaret and I nominate my said Wife
and my son Robert Executrix and
Executor of this my Will hereby
revoking all former Wills heretofore
made and declare this to be my last
will In witness whereof I the said
Testator have to this my last Will
and Testament put his hand and seal
