This is the last Will
and Testament of me James Owens now residing
at Southgate street in the City of Bath
Gentleman I direct all my just debts funeral
and testamentary expences to be paid I give
to my brother William Owens my Watch all my
property estate and Effects of whatever
description I give and bequeath to my
brothers Robert Owens and William Owens
their Executors administrators and assign
equally to be divided between them share and
share alike as tenants in common and I
appoint the Reverend Mr Worsley of
Pierrepont Place Bath Executor of this my
Will Witness my hand this second day of
October one thousand eight hundred and forty
