The Will of Sackville Gwynne Owen

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Sackville Gwynne Owen of Aberayron in the County of Cardigan Gentleman ffirst I direct all my just debts funeral and Testamentary Expences to be fully paid and satisfied and after payment thereof and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Mary Ann Owen all my Real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever or of what nature kind or quality the same may be and which is in possession reversion remainder expectancy or otherwise soever to have and to hold the said Estates and Effects according to the several natures and qualities thereof respectively unto her my said Wife Mary Ann Owen her heirs Executors Admors and assigns absolutely for ever and I do hereby nominate cosntitue and appoint my said Wife Mary Ann Owen and my Brother in law Joseph Stayner Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of ffebruary in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight S G Owen
