In the Name of God Amen I William Overshott of the parish of Saint Ann within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex Corn Chandler being indisposed in body but of good disposing mind and memory (praised be God therefore) doe make ordain publish and declare this my last Will and Testament as followeth ffirst and principally I commend my soul to God who gave it and my body I commit to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named And as for and touching such Temporall Estate as I shall be possessed of or intitled to at the time of my decease I give order and dispose thereof in manner and form following (that is to say) Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Overshott the Sume of ffifty Pounds to be paid unto her at her age of Twenty one Years or day of Marriage (with her Mother’s consent) which shall first happen Item I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my moneys and all Debts owing to me upon Bond Bill Book or otherwise and also all the Rest of my goods Chattells Lands Tenements or Hereditaments Rights Credits and Estate whatsoever and wheresoever as well Reall as personall unto my loving Wife Ellen Overshott (She paying my just Debts and defraying my ffunerall charges) Item I do hereby make and constitute my said Wife Ellen Overshott full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And doe revoke all former and other Wills by me made or declared In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seale the Thirtieth day of May in the Sixth Year of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lady Ann Queene of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland Annoq Domini One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seven / Willm Overshott/
