I William Outtram of Warlingham in the County of Surrey Yeoman being of sound and disposing Mind and Memory do make and publish this my last Will in manner and form following that is to say In the first place I do nominate and appoint my two brothers Drew Outtram and Thomas Outtram joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby order and direct that all my just Debts my ffuneral Expences and the Charges of proving this my Will shall in the first place be paid and satisfied out of my Estate both Real and Personal and I do hereby charge the same with the payment thereof accordingly and all and singular my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I do hereby give and devise the same unto my said two Brothers Drew Outtram and Thomas Outtram equally to be divided between them as Tenants in common and not as joint Tenants and to their respective Heirs and Assigns for ever And all my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind the same do consist of I do hereby give and bequeath unto my said two Brothers equally between them And lastly I do revoke all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this alone and none other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty fourth day of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty eight William Outtram
