The Will of Jane Outhwaite

This is the last Will and Testament of me
Jane Outhwaite late of the City of Worcester but now of Pinner
in the County of Middlesex Spinster made this Eleventh day of
December One thousand eight hundred and twenty seven I give and
bequeath unto my good friend Mrs Holm of Pinner aforesaid Widow
the sum of One hundred pounds but in case of her death in my
life time I give and bequeath the same sum of One hundred pounds
to be equally divided between the four Sons The Revd Joseph Holm
George Holm Charles Augustus Holm and Edgar William Holm Share
and Share alike I give and bequeath unto Miss Holm eldest
daughter of the said Mrs Holm the sum of One hundred pounds Also
to Miss Sarah Holm another daughter of the said Mrs Holm now
residing at Worcester the sum of One ffifty pounds I give and
bequeath unto Miss Watkins of the City of Worcester now residing
with said Miss Sarah Holm the sum of Thirty pounds I also give
and bequeath unto Mrs Jane Outhwaite of Bidford in the County of
Warwick the sum of Nineteen Guineas I likewise give and bequeath
unto each and every the persons hereinafter mentioned as a small
token of my regard and esteem the sum of five guineas a piece
therewith to purchase a Gold Ring or otherwise as he she or they
may respectively think proper (Viz) To Miss Ann Jeakes of No 3
Little Rupall Street Bloomsbury Spinster To Miss Eliza Dowling
of Ambleside in the County of Westmoreland Spinster To Mr Carden
of the City of Worcester Surgeon To Mr Raymont of the City of
Worcester Apothecary To Joseph Holm of the City of Worcester to
Thomas Gitton Elizabeth Gitton and Mary Gitton of Bridgnorth in
the County of Salop and to George Oldbury Margaret Oldbury and
Ann Oldbury of Eardington in the Parish of Quatford in the
County of Salop And I further will and direct that the said
several Legacies shall be paid without Interest within three
months by my Executors hereinafter named next after my decease I
give and bequeath unto my two Nieces Jane Outhwaite and Dorothy
Outhwaite of Bidford aforesaid All my Wearing Apparel Rings
Bracelets and other my Paraphernalia to be equally divided
between them share and share alike And all the rest residue and
remainder of my Estate ready money money in the ffunds and other
Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind
soever which I may die possessed interested in or entitled to
after of and subject and charged and chargeable with all my Just
Debts funeral and testamentary expences and the expences of
proving this my Will I give and bequeath one equal moiety or
half part thereof unto my Sister Mrs Martha Jones of Nuneaton in
the said County of Warwick absolutely and for her own sole
separate use and benefit and at her own disposal And the
remaining moiety or equal half part thereof my said residuary
property I give and bequeath unto my two Nieces the said Jane
Outhwaite and Dorothy Outhwaite equally to be divided between
them share and share alike And I do hereby nominate and appont
the said Joseph Holm and Thomas Gitton Joint Executors of this
my Will hereby revoking all former Will and Wills by me at any
time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will
and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and
Seal this Eleventh day of December One thousand eight hundred
and twenty seven Jane Outhwaite
