I Thomas Oughton of Doctors Commons London Gentleman do make this my last Will and Testament I Give and bequeath to my Very good and much esteemed friend (and in early daies of life my School ffellow) Mr Joseph Speed of London Merchant all my Personal Estate and Effecys of what nature or kind soever And I Do hereby constitute and Appoint him the said Joseph Speed sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this first day of September One Thousand seven hundred and thirty Eight Tho Oughton
