This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Otter of Southwell in the County of Nottinghamshire I give devise and bequeath all my messuages cottages lands tenements and hereditaments and all and every my real and personal estates whatsoever and wheresoever and of whatever nature or kind soever unto my dear wife Elizabeth Otter her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever subject nevertheless to the payment of all my just debts and funereal expences and I do appoint my said dear wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty two C Otter _ Signed sealed and delivered by the said Charles Otter the testator in the presence of us Mary Elizth Otter _ Elizabeth Brown   Proved at London 25 July 1831   PCC Prob11/1788
