I James Orchard of Lytchett Maltravers in the County of Dorset Yeoman do make and declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament I give devise and bequeath unto my Son James Orchard of Lytchett Maltravers aforesaid Yeoman his heirs executors administrators and assigns respectively all and singular my real and Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever the same may by to hold unto my said Son his heirs executors administrators and assigns respectively according to the nature and property of the same estate respectively and I direct my said Son to pay thereout all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences and I appoint the said James Orchard Executor of this my will hereby revoking all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I the said James Orchard the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of May one thousand eight hundred and forty The mark and seal of  X  James Orchard
