The Will of John Oliver

 

In the Name of God Amen this Six and twentieth day of January Anno Dm 1712 I John Oliver of the Citty of Sarum in the County of Wilts Apothecary being at present weake in Body & infirm but of sound pfect and well Disposing Mind memory & understanding thanks be to God Doe make constitute appoint & declare this my Last Will & Testamt Comending first My Soul to God who Gave it & my body to the Earth from Whence it came to be decently Buried at the Discretion of my Executrix herein After Named And as to my Worldly or Temporall Estate Wherewith God hath Blessed me My debts & ffunerall expences being first thereout paid & Satisfyed I give bequeath & dispose thereof as follows First I Give unto my Sonne Samuel Oliver his wife & three children every & each of them one Shilling All the Rest & residue of My Monies goods Chattles moveable & Imoveable plate & other my estate Whatsoever bequeathable I hereby give & Bequeath unto my Deare & Loving Daughter Jane Oliver as also all Mortgages & Securities I have for Money And I appoint & declare her the said Jane Oliver ffull sole & Whole Executrix of this my Last Will & Testament In Witness Whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale the day & yeare first above written John Oliver
