This is the Last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Oliver of Great Wigston in the County of Leicester Widow I devise my estate at Great Wigston aforesaid and all other my real estate wheresoever situate And I bequeath all my personal estate of every kind and description whatsoever unto my daughter Ann Balsall her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely And I appoint the said Ann Balsall sole Executrix of this my said Will but if and in case the said Anne Balsall shall die in my lifetime the I devise and bequeath all my said real and personal estate to my Grandson Robert Lowe Grant Balsall his heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely And in such case I appoint the said Robert Lowe Grant Balsall and his Brother William Balsall Esquire Executors of my said Will And I hereby revoke all former Wills and declare this to be my last will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this  Twenty seventh day of May one thousand eight hundred and fifty one_ Elizabeth oliver
