This is the last Will and Testament of me William Ogborne of Shirehampton in the Parish of Westbury on Trym in the County of Gloucester Yeoman I give to my Son William Ogborne the sum of five pounds of lawful money of Great Britain and my silver tankard absolutely for his own use I give and bequeath unto my son John Ogborne the sum of five pounds for his own use and I direct the before mentioned legacies to be paid within six months next after my decease and as to all my money and securities for money and all my household goods and furniture and Implements of household beds and bedding plate linen and china in my present dwelling house at Shirehampton and my Horse and Chair and as to all the Rest and Residue of my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof I give and bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof unto my daughter Sophia Ogborne her executors administrators and assigns absolutely to and for her and their own proper use and benefit and I nominate and appoint he said Sophia Ogborne Executrix of this my Will desiring her to bury me in a decent manner and to pay all my just debts I shall owe at the time of my decease as soon as conveniently may be thereafter and I revoke all Wills Codicils and other testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament subscribed and set my hand and seal the eighth day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen Wm Ogborne Witnesses_ William Fisher _ Thos Simmonds Clerk to Mr Samuel Henbury
