The Will of Mary Odell
This is the
Last Will and Testament of me Mary Odell of the Town of
Bedford in the County of Bedford Widow which I make in
manner following that is to say I order and direct that
all my just debts ffuneral and Testamentary expences be
fully paid and satisfied I give and bequeath all and
singular my Household ffurniture Plate Linen ready money
Securities for money and all and singular my Personal
Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my
Daughter Ann Odell for and during the term of her
natural life with full power and permission to apply any
Part of the Principal towards her support and
maintenance during her life and from and after the
decease of my said Daughter Ann Odell I give and
bequeath what shall then be remaining of my said
Personal Estate and Effects unto my Son John Odell and
my Daughters Sophia and Sarah to be divided between them
in equal shares and Proportions and I hereby nominate
constitute and appoint my said Daughter Ann Odell
Executrix and my Son John Odell Executor of this my Will
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal
the nineteenth day of December in the Year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and twenty _ Mary Odell This Will was kindly transcribed and sent in by Ros.
