In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Ockley
of New Brentford in the County of Middlesex Widow being sick and
weak in body but of sound and disposing Mind Memory and
Understanding and considering the ffrailties of human Life and
the certainty of Death do make and ordain this my last Will and
Testament that is to say I recommend my Soul into the hands of
Almighty God trusting for Salvation through the Merits of Jesus
Christ my Saviour and Redeemer and my Body I commit to the Earth
to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix and
Executor hereinafter named and as for and concerning my Worldly
Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to endow me I give and
dispose thereof as followeth that is to say I will and direct
that all my just Debts and funeral Charges be in the first place
fully paid and satisfied Item I give and bequeath unto Jane
Darknell of New Brentford aforesaid spinster all my ready Money
Bonds Bills Notes and all other Securities for Money of what
kindsoever Household and other Goods and ffurniture and all my
Wearing Apparel of every Kind Plate Rings Watches and all other
my Personal Estate of what Nature Kind or Quality soever the
same shall or may be or consist of at the time of my decease and
wheresoever the same shall or may be To have hold and enjoy the
same and every part thereof unto her the said Jane Darknell her
Executors Administrators and Assigns to and for her and their
own proper use for ever And I do hereby nominate constitute and
appoint the said Jane Darknell and Thomas Dewall of New
Brentford Carpenter Executrix and Executor of this my last Will
and Testament hereby revoking disannulling and making void all
former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and
declaring this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness
whereof I the said Elizabeth Ockley have hereunto set my hand
and Seal this third day of March in the Year of our Lord One
Thousand Seven hundred and sixty five Elizabeth Ockley her Mark
