This is the Will of Kezia Oakley widow of
the parish of Abinger in the County of Surrey ffirst I give and
devise to my Seven Daughters viz Mary the wife of Charles P
Stedman Sarah Jane Charlotte Ann Catherine Hannah my Daughters
all my linen and all my Wearing Apparel to be shared equal share
and share alike again I give and devise to my two Grandchildren
William and Elizabeth Oakley twenty pounds each to be Paid by my
Executor and Executrix at the time of my youngest Child
attaining the age of twenty Years and further I give devise and
bequeath to mine youngest Children Sarah Jane Charlotte James
Ann Catherine John Benjamin Hannah all my Household Goods and
ffurniture together with all my Personal Estate and securities
for money whatsoever and wheresoever it may be to them and their
heirs for ever nevertheless should any of my said Children die
before my Younger Child shall attain the age of twenty Years
such share or shares shall be equally divided between the
surviving Children again in monies to remain in Government
securities and the interest and Profits to be expended in
bringing up educating & maintaining such of my Children as shall
be incapable to Provide for themselves again should there be
more interest money than what shall be required for their
maintenance such money shall be continued in the Stocks at
Interest during the time aforesaid & lastly I constitute and
appoint Charles P Stedman of the Parish of Wootton in the County
aforesaid and Sarah my Daughter now living in the Parish of
Wootton aforesaid joint Executor and Executrix of this my last
will and testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto made my
mark and set my Seal this seventh day of april one thousand
eight hundred and seventeen The mark X and seal of Kezia Oakley
