In the name of God Amen I John North of West Street Sommers town in the Parish of St Pancras in the County of Middlesex being weak in Body but of sound and disposing mind memory & understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament in writing, as follows that is to say I will and direct that all my just debts funeral expences and the expences of proving this my will be paid by my executrix hereinafter named I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ann North all my estates money goods and effects real and personal and whatever other property I may be possessed of at the time of my decease to be enjoyed by her during the term of her natural life and after her decease to my daughter Ann Singleton wife of John Singleton of Swallow Street in the Parish of St James Westminster in the County of Middlesex during the term of her natural life and after her decease to her husband if he survive her and then to be equally divided among her surviving children and I do constitute and appoint my aforesaid wife sole executrix of this my will_ John North_ Witnesses W Hinderson_ J Reid_ J Carswell_ Done the twenty fourth day of October Eighteen hundred and eight
