This is the last Will and Testament of me Benjamin North of Loughborough in the County of Leicester Butcher ffirst I will and direct that all my just debts ffuneral expences and the Expence of proving this my Will be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be after my decease by my Executrix hereinafter named I give and bequeath to my dear Wife Caroline all my Household Goods and ffurniture Plate Linen China and ready money securities for money stock in trade and all other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same may be or consist of To hold to her my said Wife absolutely for her own use and lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoke all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of ffebruary in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four B. North
