In the Name of God Amen I Andrew North of
Lewknor in the County of Oxford Yeoman being of sound and disposing
mind and memory thanks be given to Allmighty God for the same Doe
make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form
following Impris I comitt my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who
gave it hoping through the merits of my blessed Saviour and Redeemer
to have full and fee pardon and remission of all my Sins and my body
I comitt to the earth from whence it came to be buried in such
decent manner as to my Executors herein after named shall seem meet
And as touching such Worldly Estate wherewith God hath blessed me I
dispose thereof as followeth And first my Will is that all such
Debts which shall be justly due and owing from me to any person and
persons whatsoever at the time of my decease shall be well and truly
satisfied & contented and paid Item All that my Messuage Tenement or
ffarm lying and being in Lewknor aforesaid in the said County of
Oxford together with all and singular the Closes Lands profits
comodities advantages and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto
belonging and which lately came to me upon the death of my Kinsman
William North of Lewknor aforesaid Yeoman I give devise and bequeath
the same unto my Seven Children herein after named that is to say
William John Thomas Joseph Andrew Elizabeth and Jane and to their
Heires and Assignes for ever to be equally divided between them
share and share alike Item all other my ffreehold Lands and
Tenements whatsoever and all and singular my Godds and chattels and
Personal Estate whatsoever I give and bequeath unto and amongst my
said seven Children and to their Heirs Executors and Administrators
for ever Except only and my Will and meaning is that my Sonn William
shall have Twenty Pounds more than any of the other Children And I
doe hereby constitute and appoint my said seven Children (Vizt)
William John Thomas Joseph Andrew Elizabeth and Jane Executors of
this my said Will And I doe hereby revoke and make void all former
and other Wills by me made And in Testimony that this is my last
Will and Testament I the said Andrew North have hereunto sett my
hand and seal the Twentieth day of June in the Eleventh year of the
Reign of our Soveraigne Lady Anne by the grace of God of Great
