This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Noel of Leamington Priors in the County of Warwick Esquire I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever which I in any manner derived or became entitled to by or thro@ the Will of my late father and the Will of the late Lord Wentworth or either of them whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy unto my two Daughters Mary Augusta Noel and Katherine Anna Noel equally to be divided between them for their own absolute use forever I give devise and bequeath all my household furniture plate linen china books and all other real and personal estate over which I may have any disposing power unto my Son Charles Edward Noel and my said two Daughters equally to be divided between them for their own absolute use I appoint my Bother Robert Noel sole Executor of this my Will I revoke all other Wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I the said Charles Noel the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this twenty third day of April one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven _ Charles Noel
