I Susannah Needham Widow of George Needham of the Parish of Eton in the County of Bucks being of a sound mind and memory praise God for the same do declare this to be my last Will and Testament I give and bequeath to my daughters Mary Ann Emmott and Susannah Elizabeth Lovegrove all my wearing apparel rings and linen The messuage and Tenement I hold under the Provost and fellows of Eton College which I now and my Son James William Needham now occupy I desire at my decease to be valued by him and the money with all other property belonging to me at my decease to be equally divided between my two sons and two daughters James William Needham Titus Bancroft Needham Mary Ann Emmott and Susannah Elizabeth Lovegrove if alive at my decease if not their share to be equally divided between their children and in case there should be no children alive belonging to either of them then their share to go to the Widow or widower of either of my children If my son James William Needham should not be alive at my decease or should not wish to have the messuage or tenement I now occupy then my son Titus Bancroft to take it and have it valued or sold as he thinks best and the money to be divided as aforesaid I nominate and appoint my sons James William Needham Titus Bancroft Needham joint Executors to execute this my last Will and Testament and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament _ Wherein I have set my hand and seal_ Susannah Needham nineteenth of December one thousand eight hundred and thirty five
