In the Name of God Amen I John Neale of the Parish Emberton in the County of Bucks Cordwainer do Constitute and Ordain this my last will and Testament in Manner following First I give my precious and immortal part into the hand off my Saviour Jesus being saved by him And my mortall part to the Earth to be buryed in Christian like Manner by my Executrix herein after named What it hath pleased God to bestow of this Worlds Goods I dispose of as followeth I give and bequeath Unto Mary Neale my loveing and Wellbeloved wife after my decease my half part of an Estate in house and Land left between my brother Robert Neale and me standing and being in the parish of Tiffield in Northamptonshire which I have Agreed to sell unto my said brother Robert for seventy five pounds the writeings not being yet Executed but if I dye before I will that she Execute the same And then take the said Money for the bringing up of my Children Moreover I give unto my said Wife my whole Estate wherein I now dwell in the parish of Emberton aforesaid Also all my household goods and furniture With all my stock in Trade And all the implements Thereunto belonging and All my just Debts due Unto Me from Whosoever Together with all my Goods and Chattells Unto me belonging Moreover I Name and Appoint Mary my Loving and Welbeloved Wife sole and Absolute Executrix of this My Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Ones Made by Me Rattifying and Confirming this as my last In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal This sixth Day of ffebruary One Thousand Seven hundred ffifty and five and in the Twenty Eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord the King George the Second over Great Brittain ffrance and Ireland Defender of the ffaith and so forth John Neale
