This is the last Will and Testament of me Hannah Naylor of No 46 Little George Street Hampstead Road in the County of Middlesex Widow of the late Samuel Naylor late of Little George Street Hampstead Road in the County of Middlesex Gentleman which I make publish and declare being of sound mind and memory in manner and form following that is to say ffirst I desire all my just debts ffuneral expences and the expence of obtaining the Probate of this my Will and such other expences as may be incurred in the execution of this my Will may be fully paid and satisfied and after Payment thereof I give devise and bequeath unto my only Daughter Elizabeth Boston of No 46 Little George Street Hampstead Road in the County of Middlesex her executors administrators and assigns all those my leasehold Messuages or Tenements and Premises situated standing and being in Blenheim Street and New Bond Street in the County of Middlesex and held on lease from the Mayor Commonality and Citizens of London and renewable for ever on a certain day on payment of a certain Sum as therein is mentioned to be held by her the said Elizabeth Boston as aforesaid during her natural life and at her decease to be divided between my Grand Children Vizt. Benjamin Boston Margaret Garnet Samuel Boston and Hannah Boston as she may think proper and I further desire that the Sum of One hundred and Sixty one pounds Per annum be reserved from the rents of the aforesaid Premises to be deposited in the Bank of England in the name of the aforesaid Elizabeth Boston or such other Sum as may be sufficient to discharge the Mortgage now standing against the said Premises and I do hereby appoint my said Daughter Elizabeth Boston as aforesaid John Gaunt of No 3 Hampstead Road in the County of Middlesex Cheesemonger and Edmund Smith Marshall of No 30 John Street Tottenham Court Road in the County of Middlesex Gold Beater to be my joint Executrix and Executors of this my last Will hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I the said Hannah Naylor the Testator have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal this fifth day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two Hannah Naylor
