The Will of Ann Nash

 

In the Name of God Amen I Ann Nash of the Parish of Ombersley in the County and diocese of Worcester Widow being of sound mind and memory do make this my last Will & testament in manner and form following I give and bequeath to my Sister ffrances Hobbins wife of Thomas Hobbins of Powick in the said County of Worcester all my Wearing Apparell I give and bequeath to my beloved son James Nash all my Estate and effects whether real or personal of every sort and kind (except as above mentioned) that I may be possessed of at the time of my decease to hold to him and his Exors Admors and Assigns for ever and appoint him sole Exor of this my last Will written with my own hand in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ffourteenth day of October 1816 _ Ann Nash
