This is the last Will and Testament of me George Myors of Tranmere in the Parish of Bebington and County of Chester Yeoman, I Give Devise and Bequeath All my Household Goods and Furniture And all other my Property whatsoever which I shall Die Possessed of Unto and to the Use of my Loving Wife Ann Myors for Her own sole Use and benefit during Her natural Life (in Case She survives me) and after Her Decease I Give and Bequeath All and every my Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever unto and to the Use of my Daughter Ann Myors her Heirs and Assigns for ever for Her own sole Use and benefit But in Case my now Loving Wife shall depart this Life during my Lifetime and my said Daughter Ann Myors shall be Living at the time of my Decease Then I Give the whole of my Household Goods and Furniture and all other the Property and Effects of what nature or kind soever I shall Die Possessed of unto my said Daughter Ann Myors Her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever But in Case my said Wife and my said Daughter Ann Myors shall both have departed this Life before me leaving me surviving Then I Give the whole of my Property unto and amongst all and every my Children which shall be Living at the time of my Decease share and share alike to be divided between them And Lastly I Nominate Constitute and Appoint my said Loving Wife Ann Myors and my Son George Myors to be Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I the said Testator George Myors have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Thirteenth Day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seven George Myors
