it knowne unto all men by
these presents that I John
Mynnard of the Parish of St
Paul Shadwell in the County
of Middlesex Marriner for
divers good causes and
valuable considerations me
hereunto most especially
moving Have made named
Ordained and constituted and
by these presents I doe make
name Ordaine and constitute
my trust friends George
Nations of the same parish
and county Marriner and Mary
his wife to be my true and
lawfull Attornyes
Irrevocable for me and in my
name and to my use to aske
demand levy recover and to
Receive All and singular
such sum and sums of money
Rents avverages of rent
debts duties goods wares
wages Merchandizes Ticketts
or any other thing or things
whatsoever that now are or
at any time hereafter shall
or may growe due owing
belonging or in any wise
appertaining unto my the
said John Mynnard by or from
any manner of Person or
Persons whatsoever or
wheresoever Be it due by
Bill Booke Obligation
Speciality Reckoning
Covenant Contract promise or
Agreement or by any other
waies or meanes whatsoever
or howsoever Oweing and
hereby granting unto my said
Attornies my full power
Strength and lawfull
Authority concerning the
premisses to do say sue
persue Impleade attack
arrest Imprison and to
condemne and out of Prison
againe when need shall be to
deliver likewise to Receive
Compound and agree and upon
such the Receipts
Compositions and Agreements
Acquittances or any other
discharges for the same to
make Subscribe Enseale and
the same for and as my act
and Deede to deliver And
also one or more Attornies
under him or her to make and
Substitute and them at his
or her pleasure againe to
revoke and generally to doe
any Act or Acts thing or
things device or devices
which the Law will permit
and suffer for the better
recovery thereof And all and
whatsoever my said Attornies
or their Substitutes shall
doe or cause to be lawfully
done by virtue of these
presents I doe hereby
ratifie establish allow and
confirme to be as good to
all intents and purposes in
the Law whatsoever as if I
myself were then and there
personally present And when
I doe dye and depart this
life then I doe hereby give
and bequeath all my Estate
both reall and personall
lett the same be of what
nature kind or quality
whatsoever unto George
Nations and Mary his wife my
said Attornies whom I doe
make the full and sole
Executors of this my last
Will and Testament Lastly I
doe hereby utterly renounce
disannul and make voyd all
former wills Legacies and
bequests by me heretofore
either made or spoaken and
do confirme these presents
to be and containe my last
Will and Testament In
Witnesse whereof I the said
John Mynnard have hereunto
sett my hand and seale the
Thirtieth day of September
Anno Domini One Thousand Six
Hundred Eighty Seaven and in
the Third yeare of the
Raigne of our Soveraigne
Lord James the Second King
