comend my soule into the
hands of Almightie god my
maker and redeemer and my
body to be buried in

give and bequeath towards
the reparation of the church
of Nantgwyn the sume of iiis

to be paid uppon demand,

unto Jane Myles my daughter
haulfe a bushell of pilcorne,
haulfe a bushell of Rye and
haulfe a bushell of barly of
the measure now used in the
Towne of Cardigan to be paid
& delivered unto her by my
executors heereafter named
at Alhollowtide next after
my decease, Item I give and
bequeath unto Anne Myles my
daughter five pounds to be
unto her paid within a
twelfe month next after my
decease, Item I give and
bequeath unto Mary Myles my
daughter the some of five
pounds to be unto her paid
within a yeare next after my

bequeath unto Doritie Myles
my youngest daughter the
some of five pounds current

unto Jenett Bowen my wedded
wife all that messuadge

of pembroke and there
comonly called & knowne by
the name of Eskaerordd nowe
in the tenure and occupation
of Nicholas Morgan and his
undertenants, Togeather also
with all that one other
messuadge tenem[ent] and
lands with all and singular
the rights members and
app[ur]tenaunce situate
lyinge and
beinge in the parishe of
Meliney in the said cou[nty]
of pembroke there comonly
called and knowne by the
name of Helignant nowe in
the occupation of Thomas
James, To have and to hould
the said severall messuadges
tenem[ent]s and lands with
the app[ur]tenaunce unto the
said Jenett Bowen my wedded
wife for and dureinge the
tearme of her naturall life,
And from and after her
decease my will is and I doe
hereby give graunte devise
and bequeath the foresaid
messuadge tenem[ent] and
lands called Eskerordd
aforesaid with all and
singular the rights members
& app[ur]tenaunce
whatsoev[er] unto the same
belonginge unto William
Myles the younger my second
sonne, To have and to hould
the foresaid messuadge
tenem[ent] & lands called
Eskaerordd with all and
singular the rights members
& app[ur]tenaunce
whatsoe[ver] to the same
belonginge unto the said
William Myles my said second
sonne and to his heires and
assignes forever, And
further my will is and I doe
hereby give graunte devise
and bequeath unto Owen Myles
my youngest sonne all the
foresaid messuadge tenem[ent]
and lands called Helignant
with the app[ur]tenaunce, To
have and to hould the said
messuadge tenem[ent] & lands
called Helignant (from and
after the death of the said
Jenett Bowen my said wedded
wife) unto the said Owen
Myles and to the heires of
his body lawfully begotten
or to be begotten fore[ver],
And for want of such ysshue
then to the right and
lawfull
heires of the foresaid
William Myles my said second
sonne and to his heires
fore[ver], All the rest of
my goods cattells chattells
and ysouall estate
whatsoe[ver] not before
given or bequeathed I doe
whollie give and bequeath
unto Jenett Bowen my said
wedded wife and William
Myles my said second sonne
whome I doe nominate ordain
and appointe to be Joynt
executors of this my last
