ordayne this my last Will
and Testament (in writinge)
in manner and forme
followinge. Imprimis I give
and bequeathe my soule into
the handes of the Allmighty
God, my maker, redeemer and

which are to be Delivered to
the said Nathaniell Myles at
the feast of St Michaell the
Archangell next after my
decease. Item I give and
bequeath to Elizabeth Myles
my Doughter, one yoake of
oxen, three kine, two
heyffers of two yeareold,
and one steere of three
yeare old, all which are in
the keepeing and custody of
John Picton. Item I give and
bequeath unto the said
Elizabeth one Hayffer which
is in keeping w[i]th William
Bowen gent. Item I give and
bequeath unto my said
Doughter Elizabeth Myles all
my sheepe and lambes which
are in the custody and
keeping of John Picton,
together with all the sheepe
and lambes which I am owner
of and are in the keeping
and custody of Nathaniell
Myles of Helygnant.
Item I give and bequeath
unto my said Doughter
Elizabeth Myles one brazen
panne contayninge seven
Gallones or thereabouts, one
brazen potte contayninge
five Gallones or
thereabouts, one Chest and
six pewter Dishes. Item I
give and bequeath to Henry
Myles my Grand-childe twelve
lambes to be Delivered him
at Whitesontyde next after
my Decease. Item I give and
bequeath unto Elizabeth
James my Grandchilde twelve
lambes to be Delivered her
at Whitesontyde next after
