This is the last Will and Testament of me Anthony Moucher of Panfield in the County of Essex I direct my just debts to be paid I give one hundred and twenty pounds to my Grand daughter Mary Ann daughter of my Son Charles Moucher of Kentish Town Tailor I give my Copyhold Cottages in Coggeshall Lane Braintree with their appurtenances unto my Wife Mary Moucher for her life she repairing and insuring the same and upon her decease I give the same to my said Son Charles Moucher the residue of my property I give to my said wife Upon Trust to keep the same at interest and I give her the income thereof for her life and upon her decease I give the same to my said Son I appoint my said Wife Executrix of this my Will Witness my hand this ninth day of December 1840 The Mark X of Anthony Moucher
