This is the last Will of me Ann Morris of
Kislingbury in the County of Northampton Widow whereby I give
and devise unto my Son Thomas Morris of Kislingbury aforesaid
Yeoman All and every my Messuages Cottages Closes Lands
Tenements Hereditaments and real Estates whatsoever and
wheresoever situate lying and being and whether in possession
reversion remainder or Expectancy or otherwise howsoever and of
what nature or tenure soever To hold to him his heirs and
Assigns for ever And as to and concerning all and every my money
& securities for money cattle corn Grain Hay and all other my
personal Estate & Effects whatsoever and wheresoever & of what
nature or kindsoever the same shall or may be consist of at the
time of my decease and Whether in possession reversion remainder
or expectancy or otherwise howsoever I give and bequeath the
same & every of them and every part thereof unto my said Son
Thomas Morris To hold to him his Exors Admors and Assigns to and
for his and their own use and benefit he and they Paying All my
just debts funeral Expences and the charges of proving and
executing this my Will and the following legacies or sums of
money that is to say I give & bequeath unto my two Daughters
Mary Hawkes the Wife of James Hawkes of Culworth in the said
County of Northampton Cordwainer & Elizabeth Whiting the Wife of
John Whiting of Emberton in the County of Buckingham Yeoman the
sum of three hundred pounds apiece of lawful money of Great
Britain Also I give & bequeath unto Thomas Morris & Henry Morris
the two Sons of my late Son Henry Morris deceased the legacy or
sum of fifteen pounds apiece of like lawful money & I also give
& bequeath unto James Mary Ann & Thomas the Children of my Son
James Morris deceased the legacy or sum of fifteen pounds apiece
of like lawful money All which said several & respective
legacies or sums of money hereinbefore given & bequeathed I will
and direct shall be paid to the said respective legatees as
shall have attained the age of twenty one years in twelve
calendar months next after my deceased and to such of them as
shall not have attained the age of twenty one years at the time
of my decease as and when they shall attain such age
respectively with Interest for the same at and after the rate of
five pounds for one hundred pounds in the meantime And I do
hereby nominate and appoint my said Son Thomas Morris sole Exor
of this my last Will & testament and hereby revoking and making
void all former and other Will & Wills by me at any time
heretofore made I do hereby declare this to be my kast Will and
testament In Witness whereof I the said Ann Morris the testatrix
have to this my last Will & testament set my hand & seal to wit
my hand to the preceding sheet and my hand and seal to this
second & last sheet thereof the fourth day of August in the year
of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and twenty six The Mark
