I Joan Morgan of Clodock in the County of
Hereford Spinster do make this my last Will and Testament in
manner and form following Viz I give and bequeath unto my
brother Thomas Morgan Also all my ffreehold Estate called
Trelandon situate in the Parish of Clodock in the County of
Hereford and now in the occupation Edward ffarr or his under
tenant in Trust to receive the rents and profits thereof during
his natural life and out of the said rents to pay unto my Sister
Hannah Williams the Sum of Twenty Pounds per Year for and during
her natural life at two separate payments every year the first
payment to be made at the next Christmas or Midsummer which
shall first happen after my decease And also paying my two
Sisters Mary Prosser and Elizabeth Lillwall the sum of One
hundred and fifty pounds each at the end of twelve months after
my decease Also I give to my brother Henry Morgan the Sum of
fifty pounds to be also paid at the end of twelve months after
my decease to be also paid at the end of twelve months after my
decease And All the rest and residue after the decease of my
brother Thomas Morgan and Sister Hannah Williams if they or
either of them should depart this life without any Children
lawfully begotten I give devise and bequeath the said Residue of
my Real and Personal Estate unto my Sisters Mary Prosser and
Elizabeth Lilwall during their respective lives And after that
to be equally divided between the said Mary Prosser and
Elizabeth Lillwall’s Children and also I nominate and appoint my
Brother Thomas Morgan sole Executor to this my last Will and
Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 7th day of November 1822 Joan Morgan

annexed of estate unadministered granted to Hannah Williams wife
of Richard Williams Sister of the deceased the Executor having
died intestate Mary Prosser and Elizabeth Lillwall having
