I David Morgan of the Parish of Backton in the County of Hereford Yeoman Do make this my last will and Testament in manner and form following I give and devise all that my leasehold house and lands and Appurtenances called Castle House and land situate lying and being in the Township of Longtown in the Parish of Clodock in the County of Hereford and now in the occupation of William Morgan and his undertenants unto my Grand Daughter Sarah Lewis and her heirs and assigns during the remainder of the term of the lease thereof I give and devise unto my Son Walter Morgan and my Son in Law James Lewis all that my ffreehold Messuage Lands and Premises situate in Longtown aforesaid in the Parish of Clodock and County of Hereford and now in the occupation of the said William Morgan In trust to receive the rents and profits thereof until my Grandson William shall attain the age of twenty one Years and after his coming to the said Age I give and devise the same Estate unto my said Grandson William Morgan with all the rents and profits thereof And his heirs and assigns for ever Also I give and bequeath unto my said son Walter Morgan and James Lewis my Son in Law the sum of two hundred and ffifty Pounds In trust to be placed out at Interest  and Principal to be paid and equally divided by my Son and Son in Law as soon as my Grandchildren David Morgan Richard Morgan Harriot Morgan and Judith Morgan shall severally Attain the age of twenty one Years Also I give and bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Ann Morgan the sum of ffifty Pounds to be paid her when of age twenty one Years I give and devise unto my Daughter Sarah Lewis all that my ffreehold house Garden and Barn situate lying and being adjoining the Church Yard of the Parish Church of Binkion in the County of Hereford together with all the Household Goods that are therein at the time of my decease which are all in my Possession and Occupation at present also I give unto my Daughter Sarah Lewis the sum of five hundred pounds to be paid by my Executor hereafter named within twelve months after my decease into her own hands and her receipt shall be sufficient discharge for the same notwithstanding her Coverture and Lastly I give and devise all my ffreehold Lands and all the residue of my Personal Estate unto my Son Walter Morgan he Paying the expences of my funeral and also the expence of proving this my last will and Testament and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Son Walter Morgan sole Executor of this my last will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this my last will and Testament set my hand and seal the eleventh day of March one thousand eight hundred and twenty David Morgan
