In the name of God Amen, I Cuthbert Moor formerly of Wanwood in Alston Moor in the County of Cumberland, Yeoman, fit of body but of good and ?????
Memory praiful to God for the ?????? So do make and ?????????? This my last will and testamnet in manner and form followings, that is to say First I do giveth my soul into the hands of Almighty God h???dings affusadly by the morils of Jesus Christ my only redemer ?????? to ????????? full pardon and ??????
ramiffion? Of all my sinns and as for my body I commit it to the task of which it was made to be buryed in the high? Church or Churchyard of Alston as by my executor and how after ??? I shall be thought full and non ???? And as for ???? comp??rall goods which the Lord in m??? hath lent me. I give and bequeath as hereafter followorth 2nd I give and bequeath unto my son Cuthbert Moor twelve pounds. I give unto my son Henry Moor sixteen pounds. I give unto my son John Moor two pounds. I give unto my grandchild Anne Moor six pounds. I give unto my grandchildren John Moor, Thomas Moor, William Moor and Cuthbert being to my son Henry ??? To every one of them the sum of twenty shillings. I give unto grandchildren John Moor and Cuthbert Moor being sons to my son John Moor to either of them ??? Shillings. I give unto my grandchild Thomas Moor son of my son Thomas the sum of two pounds and I make and ordain my sons Francis Moor and my son Thomas Moor to be joint Executors of this my last will amnd testament revoking and disannulling all former wills by me before this made either by word or writing and I o???? this to be my last will and testament in???? witness where of have how? Unto f???? my hand and seal this Thirtyth day of June
