This is the
Last Will and testament of me CHARLES MOODY Captain of the 36th
Regiment. In the first place I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expences be paid out of my estate and I afterwards give and
bequeath all my property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated
viz. All my ready money money in stocks money in securities All my
Pay Arrears of pay or Prize Money Furniture Goods Chattels and
Effects I give the whole of my estate to my dear sister CATHERINE
FRANCES MOODY now living in Montague Square and if she should not be
living at the time of my death then I give and bequeath the whole of
my property as aforesaid to any Child or Children of my dear sister
CATHERINE if she shall have some any such and they shall be living
at the time of my decease if there be but one child then I give the
whole to such Child but if there be more than one then I desire that
my property be equally divided amongst them share and share alike
and if no Child or Children of my dear sister CATHERINE be living at
the time when this my will can take effect then I give and bequeath
all my property as aforesaid to CHARLES DALSTON NEVINSON M.D. of
Montague Square And I hereby nominate and appoint my sister
CATHERINE FRANCES MOODY Executrix of this my will but if my dear
sister should not survive me then I nominate and appoint CHARLES
DALSTON NEVINSON M.D. of Montague Square to be my executor.

servant, Mary Williams, servant
Proved at
London 15 July 1822 by the oath of Catherine Francis Moody the
sister and sole executrix.
