The Will of Mary Mitchell

 

In the Name of God Amen I Mary Mitchell of Walthamstow in the County of Essex Widow being of sound and disposing mind and understanding do hereby make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say In the first place I direct and appoint that all my just Debts and ffuneral Expences be duly paid and discharged And after Payment and Discharge thereof I give and bequeath all the Rest and Residue of my Estate and Effects of what Nature or Kind soever and wheresoever unto my loving Sister Elizabeth Jones now of Mile End in the Parish of Stepney in the County of Middlesex Widow and to her Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever And Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Sister Elizabeth Jones Sole Executrix of this my said Will And do revoke and make void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this and this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I to the said Will contained on one side of a ffolded sheet of Paper set my Hand and Seal this twenty third day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy three _ Mary Mitchell   (Attestation Clause)   Samuel Abbott      John Blindell   Proved at London 1 March 1774   PCC Prob11/996
