In the Name of God Amen I Charlotte Mitchell now residing at Langford in the County of Essex Widow do hereby publish and declare this as my last Will and Testament I hereby give devise and bequeath unto my dear Daughter Charlotte Ann the Wife of Richard Eales Borrow All and every the messuages lands tenements and hereditaments whatsoever of or to which I or any other person In trust for me am or is seized or entitled to as well ffreehold or Copyhold with their rights members and Appurtenances To hold the same unto and to the use of my said daughter Charlotte Ann Borrow her heirs executors admors and assigns absolutely And I also give devise and bequeath unto the said Charlotte Ann Borrow All and every my money and securities for money and other Personal Estate and Effects of every kind and description And I appoint my Son in Law the said Richard Eales Borrow soel Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this eleventh day of March 1827 _ Charlotte Mitchell
