This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Minchin of Burford in the County of Oxford Butcher and Farmer I give and devise my freehold messuages lands tenements and hereditaments subject to the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expences and to a legacy of four hundred pounds to my dear and lawful Wife unto my only son Thomas and my only daughter Marion the Wife of John Mace To hold unto and to the use of them my said Son and Daughter and their heirs in equal and undivided moieties as tenants in common and not as joint tenants I give and bequeath All my personal estate of every kind and description also charged with the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences and to the said legacy of four hundred pounds equally betwixt them my said Son and Daughter directing the said legacy to be paid at the end of twelve Calendar months next after my decease I appoint my said Son and the said John Mace Executors and my said daughter Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and forty nine _ Thomas Minchin
