This is the last Will and Testament of
Mary Miller Widow of the late Henry Miller of Worbarrow in the
parish of Tyneham in the County of Dorset _ First I give and
bequeath unto Hester Jaret my Daughter 1 Deal Table with Drawers
standing in the Kitchen 3 Petticoats and 1 Pair of Stays, Next I
give unto Elizabeth Balston my Daughter 1 coloured Quilt which
is on my Bed, Then I give unto John Miller my Son the large oval
dining Table in the Parlour Next I give and bequeath unto Sarah
Poulton my Daughter the large Pier Glass Next I give unto Eliza
Spencer my granddaughter the Chest of Drawers in the Parlour
Next I give unto George Spencer my Grandson that House which I
now reside in with the Garden & all that pertains to it as long
as George Miller shall live then I give unto Rebecca Spencer my
granddaughter 1 Stump Bedstead six silver Spoons & the Corner
Cupboard with all it may contain at my Decease next I give to
Charles Spencer my Grandson my large Oak Chest to William
Spencer my Son in law the House Garden and all Buildings
pertaining thereto in which he the said Thomas Spencer now
resides as long as either Henry Poulton, Harriot Balston or Mary
Cockram shall live and I do hereby appoint the said Thomas
Spencer to be my sole Executor and to pay all my just Debts then
he the said Thomas Spencer to have all my Property that is not
made mention of in this my last Will & Testament and in the
presence of these Witnesses I declare this to be my Will &
subscribe my Mark
